This site is built to collect as little as possible. Here is exactly what we receive, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
This website runs no analytics and uses no tracking pixels. Browsing it sends us nothing; the only third-party component is the bot check on the contact form.
The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name and email, plus — if you add them — your company, phone number, website address, and what you tell us about your goals. Submissions are delivered to hello@keystoneloom.com and stored on our form provider's secured infrastructure so nothing gets lost. If you share your website address, we also run an automated public performance check on it (Google PageSpeed Insights) to prepare your review. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot check.
Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability, as virtually all hosting does. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
Why we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: replying to your inquiry and, if you become a client, doing the work you hired us for. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a message you initiated.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we will never add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
How long we keep it
Your messages live in our email as ordinary business correspondence. We keep them as long as a working relationship (or the prospect of one) exists, then delete them in routine cleanups.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@keystoneloom.com and we'll confirm within one business day. If you are in a jurisdiction with stronger rights (such as the GDPR or a US state privacy law), those rights apply in full.
